Microsoft Dynamics has responded to user feedback and reduced the number of decimal places displayed in workflow emails from five to two. This change comes as a result of numerous requests from users who found the previous format difficult to work with and confusing.

Before the release of Microsoft Dynamics 18.6, a number of users raised complaints about how they were finding it challenging to work with the excessive five decimal places displayed in workflow emails. Most users noted that the five decimal places were not only hard to read but also created confusion, especially when approving transactions through the workflow email.

In Microsoft Dynamics’ latest version, the number of decimal places displayed in workflow emails will be reduced from five to two. This update will apply to various workflow types, including Sales Transaction Approval, Purchase Order Approval, Purchase Requisition Approval, and Receiving Transaction Approval.

Microsoft Dynamics 18.6 also comes with more email updates like sending customers an email of their cash receipt and email vendor remittance.
